Ingredients:
                       - 100 grams of cauliflower
                       - 150 grams of broccoli
                       - 5 young corns, cut into oblique
                       - 50 grams of carrots
                       - 20 pieces of shrimp peeled
                       - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
                       - 2 slices of red onion cloves
                       - Cornstarch solution to taste
                       - 200 ml of water
                       - 3 tablespoons oil for sauteing

Seasonings:
                       - to taste to salt
                       - 1 half teaspoon totole mushroom broth
                       - Half teaspoon pepper

How to cook:
1.   Saute the garlic and onions until they turn yellowish
 2 . Add the shrimp and carrots, stir-fry for a few moments. Then add the                broccoli and cauliflower, stir-fry until evenly mixed.
3.   Enter the young corn. Stir again. Add water
4.  Cook until boiling over medium heat, add seasonings
5.   Do a taste test, finally give the cornstarch a little at a time until it thickens          properly
6.   Turn off the heat, lift and serve the capcay while warm.
