Fried Shrimp with Dutch Beans





Material

Dutch beans , shrimp , garlic , ginger, dried chili (not much), eggs , raw powder , fresh shellfish sauce, salt

Shrimp processing:

a: Shell the shrimp, remove the mud line, wash it, and scratch a few knives on the belly of the shrimp, so that the fried shrimp will not shrink the rolls.

1. Wash and remove stalks of Dutch beans, cut diagonally, shred ginger, slice garlic, dry seeds and cut diamonds.

2. Add two drops of oil in clear water and blanch the Dutch beans.
