Material


Three yellow chickens , one onion , one potato , one carrot ,30 g sweet beans ,8small tomatoes ,2 cloves of garlic ,3 g crushed black pepper, 3 g thyme (if you don’t put it),10 ml olive oil, and 10 ml brandy ( Can be replaced by cooking wine),15ml oyster sauce , 10ml soy sauce, 15ml honey , a little salt

practice

1. Rinse the three yellow chickens cleanly and remove the chicken head, chicken feet and chicken butt

2. Make a small hole in the chicken with a toothpick for taste

3. Peel and cut carrots and potatoes into small pieces, cut onion into large pieces, remove the old gluten from both ends of sweet beans, mince garlic

4. Put carrot pieces, potato pieces, onions and sweet beans together in a bowl, add olive oil, 1g of black pepper and salt and mix well.

5. Put the brandy, oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, salt, minced garlic and 2g of crushed black pepper into a bowl to mix into the juice

6. Spread the juice evenly on the outside and inside of the three yellow chickens, massage thoroughly and put in the refrigerator to marinate for one hour

7. Put a part of potatoes, carrots, onions and sweet beans into the chicken belly and stuff it with a toothpick at the end to seal it

8. Put a layer of tin foil on the baking tray, put the remaining potatoes, carrots, onions, sweet beans and small tomatoes into

9. Finally, put the chicken on the vegetables, into the lower layer of the oven, bake at 200 degrees for about an hour and a half, until the color is brown and red.
