One pot paella-style pasta


Ingredients

 people
  • 1Onion
  • 120 g Chicken cutlet
  • 80 g Chorizo
  • tsp. Coffee Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp. 1 tsp Sweet pepper
  • 100Frozen peas
  • 200 g Mini farfalle dough (or shells)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Calories = Medium

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Brown it in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add the chopped chicken and chorizo, the spices and the peas. Cook for 3 min over high heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Then add the pasta then 70 cl of hot water, stir and cook for 15 min over medium heat.
  4. Salt, pepper and serve hot.
