One pot paella-style pasta
Ingredients

- 1Onion
- 120 g Chicken cutlet
- 80 g Chorizo
- 1 tsp. Coffee Turmeric
- 0.5 tsp. 1 tsp Sweet pepper
- 100Frozen peas
- 200 g Mini farfalle dough (or shells)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation steps
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Brown it in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the chopped chicken and chorizo, the spices and the peas. Cook for 3 min over high heat, stirring constantly.
- Then add the pasta then 70 cl of hot water, stir and cook for 15 min over medium heat.
- Salt, pepper and serve hot.

Tips and advice for One pot pasta paella style
You can add spices to paella, a cube of vegetable broth and liquid cream at the end of cooking.
