White salmon pizza

Ingredients

  • 1Pizza dough
  • tsp. tablespoon Double cream
  • slices Smoked salmon
  • 4Cherry tomatoes
  • 1Small red onion
  • 1Organic yellow lemon
  • 10 g Arugula
  • 1Dill branch
  • Pepper

Preparation steps

    1. Take the first skin off your red onion and slice it.
    2. Cut half of your lemon into thin rings.
    3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
    4. Wash and wring the arugula.
    5. Cut the salmon slices into pieces.
    6. Roll out your pizza dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a sheet of silicone.
    7. Cover the surface of your dough with a layer of thick crème fraîche then pieces of salmon, onion, cherry tomatoes and lemon slices.
    8. Bake in an oven pushed to its maximum heat for 10 to 15 min.
    9. Remove from the oven, garnish your pizza with arugula and dill pluff. Drizzle it with the juice of your second half of lemon. Pepper.

Tips and advice for white salmon pizza
