Recipe Material
- 1 kg of beef or pork cut into square pieces
- 6 small onions cut into large pieces
- 4 peppers cut into square pieces
- oregano
- olive oil
- sticks for skewers
- 1 cup rice
- salt
- pepper
Recipe execution
In a bowl put the pieces of meat with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.
Stir and allow the mixture to rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Then we cut our vegetables (that is, the peppers and onions) and take the meat out of the fridge.
Put a piece of meat, a piece of pepper and then a piece of onion. Continue in the same order until the skewer is full.
After making all the skewers, put them in the oven to be grilled, turning every 10 minutes so that they are cooked everywhere.
At the same time, in a pot of water, boil the rice, following the instructions on the package. You don't need a special recipe to boil rice!
Once our skewers are ready, take them out of the oven and serve on our plates with the rice.
