Ingredients:
- 12 pieces of long beans
- 1 piece of tempe
- 2 boards of peeled peels
- 5 sliced
garlic - 4 sliced onions
- 5 sliced red chilies
- 1 ginger ginger segment
- 1 ginger segment gently crushed
- 1 lemongrass rubbed
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 orange leaves
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- white water
- cooking oil.
How to make:
1. Cut the long beans clean wash and set aside. Cut tempeh into small pieces and fry briefly. Remove and drain
2. Prepare a frying pan with enough cooking oil. Saute onion and white until wilted, then add galangal, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves and orange leaves, red chili. Stir well. Add long beans and beng oseng-oseng, then add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt, stir evenly with a little water
. Then turn off the heat and serve.
