5. Meatball kimlo soup.





Ingredients:
- Beef meatballs to taste or replace boiled quail eggs to taste
- Mushroom to taste to taste, cut to taste
- Soun, soak briefly with plain water, drain
- Carrot to taste, cut into pieces
- 1-2 chicken breast fillets, boil briefly , shredded "
- Peas sufficiently
- Leeks and celery to taste
- Fried onions to taste
- Cooking oil for sauteing seasonings
- 1/2 cloves of onion, finely chopped / coarse
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cm ginger, sliced
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 nutmeg powder
- sufficient salt & stock broth
- 800 ml
- 1 liter chicken / beef broth.

How to make:
1. Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant, powdered nutmeg and ground pepper, stir well
2. Add broth to taste, let it boil
3. Add carrots, leave until half cooked, then add meatballs, shredded chicken, peas, ear mushrooms and powdered broth, salt, cook until cooked
4. A few moments before the fire is off, add leeks
5. Serve with fried onions and celery.
