Ham and leek rolls

- 4 slices White ham
- 20 cl Liquid fresh cream
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 80 g Emmental
- 10 g Butter

Preparation steps
- Peel the leeks, removing a good part of the green leaves, rinse them thoroughly under cool water and cut them in half, so as to obtain 8 sections. Steam them for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (th.6 / 7). Roll up the leek sections with 1 half slice of white ham and place them in a gratin dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cream with the nutmeg, and a little salt and pepper. Pour over the leeks and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in the oven and brown for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
