  • 3Medium parsnip
  • 4Carrots
  • tsp. soup liquid Honey
  • tsp. Coffee dried Basil
  • 25 g Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Preparation steps

    1. Wash and peel the parsnips and carrots. Cut them into pieces.
    2. Immerse the carrots in boiling water. Let them cook for 10 min, then add the parsnips to the water and cook for an additional 15 min. Drain the vegetables at the end of cooking.
    3. In a skillet over high heat, melt the butter. When it is frothy, throw in the pieces of vegetables and brown them on all sides. 4 Add the honey and the dried basil, salt and pepper, and mix for a few moments before serving hot.
