Spinach and squash pasta

- 200 g Pasta of your choice
- 400 g Butternut
- 1 handful spinach
- 2 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 hazelnut Butter
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation steps
- Peel the piece of butternut, rinse it and dice it. Wash the spinach thoroughly and wring it out.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the butternut cubes and cook for about 15 minutes, mixing regularly. Book.
- Heat the butter in the pan and drop the spinach. Add the butternut cubes, salt, pepper, and mix.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the packaging. Drain and then pour the pasta into the pan. Salt, pepper, mix and serve immediately.

You can sprinkle the pasta with roasted sunflower seeds or small crunchy seeds.
