Tomato cod


Ingredients

  • 6Thick cod fillets (150 g each)
  • 4Small shallots
  • 1Bunch of dill
  • 80 g Soft semi-salted butter
  • 12Tomatoes olivette
  • 12Small potatoes
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Calories = Low

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and chop the shallots. Wash, dry and chop the dill sprigs. Using a fork, mix them in a bowl with the shallots, semi-salted butter and pepper, then place the bowl in the refrigerator.
  2. Peel and wash the potatoes. Pour 40 cl of water into the pressure cooker. Place the potatoes in the steam basket on the pressure cooker support, close and cook for 8 minutes from the whistle.
  3. Wash and dry the fish fillets with paper towels. Wash and cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  4. Add the fillets and tomatoes to the potatoes, salt and pepper. Close the pressure cooker and cook again 6 minutes from the whistle.
  5. Sprinkle the fish and tomatoes with dill butter. Serve immediately with the potatoes.
