Ingredients
● 150 g of cheese with a pronounced taste (sharper, saltier)
● 80 g butter
● 150 g of flour
● 100 ml piena
● 3 g of baking powder
Preparation
- Grate the cheese coarsely.
- Mix soft butter with cheese.
- Add flour, milk, baking powder, salt - quickly knead the dough.
- From the dough form a ball, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After a certain time, roll out the dough into a 5 mm thick plate, cut it into 2 cm wide strips, 15 cm long.
- Wrap each strip on a stick or pencil, then carefully remove them.
- Place the dough spirals in a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 200 ° C for 15 minutes until golden.b
