Ingredients

 ● 150 g of cheese with a pronounced taste (sharper, saltier)
 ● 80 g butter
 ● 150 g of flour
 ● 100 ml piena
 ● 3 g of baking powder

Preparation

  1. Grate the cheese coarsely.
  2. Mix soft butter with cheese.
  3. Add flour, milk, baking powder, salt - quickly knead the dough.
  4. From the dough form a ball, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. After a certain time, roll out the dough into a 5 mm thick plate, cut it into 2 cm wide strips, 15 cm long.
  6. Wrap each strip on a stick or pencil, then carefully remove them.
  7. Place the dough spirals in a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 200 ° C for 15 minutes until golden.b
